Order request

Request an embroidery digitizing or artwork quote

Tell us what you need digitized or redrawn for your embroidery digitizing quote. A service partner will reply with questions or a price, and sending the form doesn't commit you to anything.

What to include in a digitizing request

  • Number of designs, and roughly how many a month
  • Finished size of each design
  • Garment, cap or other item
  • Placement: left chest, cap front, back, sleeve
  • Machine format: DST, PES, EXP, other
  • Flat embroidery, 3D puff or appliqué
  • For print: method, garment color and number of colors
  • Whether you need the editable working file

What happens after you send it

  1. Your request goes to a service partner that provides digitizing and vector artwork.
  2. They contact you to confirm details and explain how to send artwork files.
  3. You get a quote. Nothing is agreed until you accept it.

Questions before you send

Can I attach the artwork here?

The form takes text only. The partner will tell you how to send files once they reply.

What if my artwork is low quality?

Send the best version you have. A blurry image can often be redrawn as vector art first, which also gives a better base for digitizing.

How is the price worked out?

Digitizing is usually priced by stitch count, size or complexity, with extra for specialty work like 3D puff. Vector redraws are usually priced by how much detail has to be rebuilt. Ask how edits are charged.

Can you digitize a brand or team logo for me?

Only if you or your customer owns it or has permission to reproduce it. Requests for artwork that appears to infringe may be declined.

Do I get a proof before the file?

Ask for a proof sheet with every file, showing actual size, stitch count, color sequence and thread colors where the format allows. It's the quickest way to check a file before sewing.

Can you match our existing thread colors?

Tell the partner which thread brand and color numbers you stock. Formats like PES can carry colors in the file. For DST, colors go on the proof sheet and are set at the machine.

We send out designs every week. Can that be set up?

Yes. Mention your typical monthly volume, the formats you run and who on your team approves proofs. A regular arrangement usually includes a standing way to send artwork and request edits.

How to send artwork that digitizes well

Cleaner input makes a better file. Vector art (AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF) is ideal. If you only have an image, send the largest original you can find rather than a screenshot or a file copied from a social media post, which is usually compressed. Point out any parts of the design that must stay exactly as they are, such as a registered mark or specific lettering, and any parts the digitizer can simplify. For caps, the cap and puff digitizing checklist lists the extra details to include, and the file formats guide helps you name the right machine format.

Send only artwork you own or have permission to reproduce.
